Jeremy holds an accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and a
Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Jeremy’s
primary area of practice is international tax, tax controversies and tax
planning for KPMG. He has experience preparing and filing various tax
forms for a myriad of KPMG clients ranging from large private equity funds
to Fortune 10 multinational conglomerates.
His appetite for knowledge and ambition to contribute to the family business
lead him to take on the role of General Counsel for Diamond. As General
Counsel, Jeremy is responsible for ensuring Diamond’s compliance
with diverse healthcare laws while also creating, negotiating and maintaining
Diamond’s contracts with clients, vendors and employees. His passion
for the practice of law and unique outlook on intricate legal issues powers
Diamond through regulatory hurdles plaguing the healthcare industry.
When Jeremy is not researching or reading the latest tax bulletin, he is
supporting Oklahoma State and North Carolina Athletics. Active in his
community, Jeremy delivers legal services to individuals at or below 125%
of the poverty line through the North Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
